They waterfall one into the other and give the impression that you are literally swimming into the surrounding landscape. The nearby horse riding school will lead you through relaxing itineraries along the typical white stony pathways of Chianti which join the picturesque villages of SantAppiano, San Martino ai Colli and the Sosta del Papa (the Popes rest) along the ancient pilgrim route of the Via Francigena. Our chef is dedicated to maintaining the traditions of the Tuscan cuisine and prepares each gastronomic speciality using genuine old recipes and, of course, the wonderful products and fruits of the land.
