We are the owners of “Country Hotel Mandra Edera” in the countryside surrounding Abbasanta in the heart of Sardinia. Our hotel is small and exclusive and accommodates no more than 28 guests in 4 suites and 4 rooms tastefully furnished and decorated. Our cuisine is varied and full of flavour. Delicious fresh organic vegetables are served daily and the chef at work can be observed by the guests. We have also been mentioned in the Italian “Touring Club” selection “Italian rooms 2005”.
