'Le Moulin de Palbas' is a 16th century estate and its atmosphere still reflects the serenity of the monks, the former occupants. Since the farming as such was abandoned a long time ago, its 33 hectares consist of woods, prairies, marshland and a lake. The mill that gave the estate its name is no longer there, but has left us its foundations.. Three of our rooms are on the first floor, the fourth one is on the ground floor. On the ground floor you will also find a living and a dining room to be shared by our guests. The living has a huge fireplace and a library of more than a thousand books in French, English and Dutch. In the dining room next to the huge oven in which the monks used to bake bread for the neighbourhood, are a piano and a television, as well as the kids corner.
